Returns Policy

Items purchased on in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange / repairs within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation.

Once your return is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 30 days.

Please ensure that all returns sent to our Customer Service team are handled by an insured carrier. WendyM cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning the items.

Any items that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of exchange for personalised leather products.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Product Care

Leather is a natural product and each hide is unique. While this organic feature is the essence of its beauty and evidence of the leather’s purity  it is not  completely resistant to damage such as scuffing, marking or slight changes in colour and thus demands a greater level of care and upkeep.

Cleaning – WendyM recommends cleaning the leather exterior of your item with a soft cloth and warm, mild soapy water. Ensure that the cloth is thoroughly wrung out so it feels very slightly damp, and gently wipe the surface of the leather. Repeat using clean water.

Storage – When not in use, we recommend storing your leather item in its dust bag in a cool, dry environment.

Care – Do not leave your leather products in prolonged sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or other high intensity sources of light can lead to irreversible discolouring, fading and deformation of the leather.

Do not expose to wet, damp or humid conditions or high temperatures. Water can be harmful if it penetrates the leather and can lead to the appearance of bubbles or marks which cannot be removed. Never soak the leather nor apply detergents and do not wash the fabric lining. Refrain from ‘feeding’ the leather with products such as waxes, polishes or saddle soaps. This may leave the surface of the leather sticky, attracting dirt and causing irreversible damage.
